I have ordered from Escentual before and this time ordered perfume for my daughters birthday. As always the order was delivered quickly and free samples too. I will use them again as they are very reliable and so all good.

I am thoroughly impressed. Shipping was incredibly fast and the product I bought (Vichy Green Colour Corrector) was at the best price I could find online (fice pounds cheaper than anywhere else). The point system seems great and I got a free nail file with my purchase - a nice touch. Will be shopping with them again.

Second time purchasing Dexeryl by Pierre Fabre (which i use solely on my face), from Escentual, and again I am impressed by the prompt delivery and level of care taken in packaging. I also got a couple of samples and souvenirs. Very happy with their service and will be looking here for future cosmetics needs.

Ordered first time from this company as the item I ordered from a well known department store was declared lost in transit by a well known courier after waiting nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive. Was sweating a bit as it was a gift and Christmas was looming. Found this web site when googling for my product and after looking at the reviews on this company, as I must admit I hadn’t heard of them, ordered my item.Very impressed, it was a competitive price to start with and I was pleased that it was coming tracked by Royal Mail. It was here in speedy time and wrapped well.I was so pleased with my first impressions of this company I have gone on to order 2 more items , again at a great price. Happy to have found them and will be using for all beauty products, if stocked going forward.

Excellent service. Have placed an order twice in the past couple of weeks and it has arrived in two days - faultless. Some really good offers on the site too - lovely Aqua di Parma set etc. One slight criticism - they could be a little more generous with samples etc. But overall a great company. I’ve come across some appalling companies recently - they really could learn about customer service from escentual!

I have been loyal customer to escentual.com i love the good deals and shipping is really fast. I also love how they securely bubble wrap the product. I also love the little sample of product to try and nail filer with every order. I always look forward and really thankful.

I was one step away not to buy from them (after reading some bad reviews) which would have been a stupid thing to do. Not only that I found a good price for a rare product but I also got it quickly and with other surprises in the package. If this company did mistakes in the past defo now the are doing their best to make it up. You're doing great guys! The product is authentic even though I was afraid I might get a fake one.Oh... BTW.. I don't write reviews often. Merry Christmas all!
